Juan Arraya

Head Instructor

Juan Arraya has over 17 years of teaching experience. He has directed the tennis and platform tennis programs at some of the most prestigious clubs in New York and Connecticut, including Aspetuck Valley Country Club, Greenwich Country Club, Westchester Country Club, and Belle Haven Club.

Juan is a USPTA Elite Level Certified Tennis and Platform Tennis Professional and PPR Certified Pickleball Instructor. Juan is the former Clinics and Exhibitions Chairperson for the American Platform Tennis Association.

Juan is a 4-time APTA national Champion. In 2019 he won the Men’s National Platform Tennis Championship to his three Mixed National Championship titles. He has 30 Men’s National Ranking Tournament including 7 Grand Prix events and 9 President’s Cup Championships.

In 2016, Juan was awarded the USPTA Player of the Year and the Regional Professional of the Year.

Patricio Misitrano

Head Instructor

Patricio Misitrano has over 15 years of teaching experience. He has directed the platform tennis programs at some of the most prestigious clubs in Connecticut, including The Country Club of New Canaan, Greenwich Country Club, Stanwich Club, and Silver Spring Country Club.

Patricio is a PPTR charter member and education consultant who wrote the curriculum for the PPTR. A former USPTA New England Regional President, he is also a published author in numerous tennis and racquets industry publications.

A former top 10 APTA player in the country and winner of multiple National Ranking Tournaments, Patricio has won 5 President’s Cup Championships.

In 2014, Patricio organized APTA’s largest Mixed National Tournament ever. Most recently he led APTA’s Tournaments Super Committee and was the main force behind the launch of the Grand Prix Series, the “Grand Slams” of paddle.
